I’m writing this post in the holiday season, which some people (like me) find even more stressful than the rest of the year. Stress in this period–and in general–makes me wonder if I am running around like a headless chicken over stuff that doesn’t even matter.
But what does matter in my life?
That is the question I find myself asking (and what a good question it is!). If you ask that question–if you are looking for a life that actually makes you happy and helps your world, a life that matters–then here is my holiday gift to you:
An ABSOLUTELY FREE copy of the How to Be Alive Workbook.
The workbook is a companion to my forthcoming book How to Be Alive, which comes out January 5, 2016 (you can order it here). The workbook is designed to be useful alongside the book but also even if you don’t have the book. It asks questions and offers exercises that I hope will help guide you–gently–towards a life that feels safe and fulfilling and helps your world.
Please grab the free workbook and let me know what you think. Come back here and let me know if it helps you and also please feel free to share this post with friends, family and colleagues who you think might benefit from it. You can easily share or discuss the workbook by clicking on these links on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. And, of course, please leave your thoughts in the comments section of this post.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and I hope you enjoy the workbook!!!
